2/26/2023 0 Comments Cb750 cafe racer![]() ![]() ![]() Induction comes from four Mikuni carburetors with polished velocity stacks. ![]() The air-cooled SOHC 736cc inline-four has been reportedly rebuilt with replacement cylinders, pistons, and valves. No odometer is mounted, and total mileage is unknown. Marzocchi clip-ons front a custom bracket housing a 13k-rpm tachometer. Suspension consists of Ceriani-type front fork with polished lowers as well as a swingarm with twin red shocks and remote reservoirs. Braking comes from twin drilled discs with stainless steel lines up front, along with a single drilled rotor in the rear. Silver Borrani wheels with polished stainless steel spokes measure 19″ up front and 16″ out back and wear Kenda Challenger tires. Additional equipment consists of a polished Monza-style fuel filler cover, waffle-style rubber grips, a polished brake fluid reservoir, a DeSoto headlight, and a side-stand. Bodywork includes a custom five-gallon Manx aluminum fuel tank, in addition to an alloy rear cowl with an integrated taillight and solo seat covered with green fabric. The bike is finished in polished aluminum over a double-cradle tubular steel frame finished in red. This CB750 cafe racer was dubbed “Tenacious Ton” by the builder, and is now offered with a clean Nevada title in the seller’s name. Additional equipment includes a single seat, Marzocchi clip-ons with waffle-style grips, a DeSoto headlight, Ceriani-type front fork, twin-disc front and single-disc rear brakes, dual rear shocks, Borrani wheels, and a Dunstall-style four-into-two stainless exhaust system. Power comes from a 736cc inline-four paired with a five-speed transmission, and the bike features a polished five-gallon aluminum Manx fuel tank and a custom tail section. This 1975 Honda CB750 was built by Carpy’s Cafe Racers in La Mirada, California over a period of nine years and was acquired by the seller approximately five years ago. ![]()
