I ran a short poll on how people think about workplace politics and a whopping 54% said they stay away and that's exactly what you shouldn't be doing. We generally tend to shy away from office politics thinking it is probably unethical and wrong to indulge in it. Hence, its super important that you have the correct perceptions about yourself at the workplace among your peers and your seniors.
